Biggie Sized- Weigh in- Week 11 (-.04)



Ok so this week has been a little tougher then most. Hence not much weight loss. I am in a wedding this weekend and I had to endure a "Bachelor Party" at Hooters and drinking at a pool hall to eating at a family style Italian restaurant for a rehersal dinner (with a few drinks there too). Work was crazy and I only exercised 2 days this week (so much for 15 for 20days).

I was impressed I lost any weight with the extra calories of beer I consumed. I was also proud of myself for being good at Hooters and did not have any wings (Biggie Sized love Wingie). I tried to drink lite or ultra type beers. I do wish I could have ercised more. I notice a difference when I exercise all the time. I am so close yet not there for my 1st goal of - 10% loss. My 2nd goal is to get under 3 Bills. So I can go from a Biggie Sized to Biggie smalls.
