The Big Weigh-in: Week 6

Still continuing on the downward direction, although this week was a bit smaller than other weeks. I'm creeping closer to my 10% amount, but I'm really keeping ONEderland in my sights as my next milestone.

I haven't been doing any significant exercising up to this point. It's been totally food management that's gotten me here. I'm planning on staying the course until I hit a plateau before I start incorporating significant exercise. Plus, as the days get warmer, I'll be able to go swimming in our pool on a regular basis. I'm hoping that can be a daily occurrence and can be a good form of exercise and keep up the forward progress.

Noteworthy this week, was the ability to incorporate 2 additional pairs of pants into the daily work rotation. These pants are all the same "label size" but they previously have been too snug to wear. I really have a nice sense of accomplishment about that small little wardrobe change. Funny how sometimes a couple of little things mean so much!

Starting Weight: 232.0 lbs.
Current Weight: 212.8 lbs.
WLTD: 19.2 lbs.
