Quick update....
So I am still doing it. 6 days have passed and I have worked out for 5 of the 6 days. It would have been 6 for 6 but on Sunday I hung out with some friends all day and just did not have the time. I was disappointed but I could not do it. I am still sticking with it. I told myself 15 mins is the minimum. However I have stepped it up to 20 mins on the Eliptical. So I am getting there. I do the different programs the eliptical has and it in the 15-20 mins I do about 3 miles or so. Granted exercising sucks, but I need to get active since I sit in a Dilbert cube all day. We shall see if it results in more weight loss, at least a better Biggie Sized!
