I am no Weight loss guru
So I noticed that with me losing weight, people have been talking to me about weight loss more. I don't tell them I am on The Plan. I start telling people how I am eating better and I start telling people some ideas.
I am not an expert (I am still big), but I start talking about it.
So I have a new co-worker that started yesterday and she mentioned to me that she tried everything and can't shed the weight. I started telling her that I was eating more fruits and vegetables and added some exercise to my routine. I also asked her if she has ever joined Weight Watchers and that my wife just did. As I was talking to her I realized that when ever I have lost weight in the past I have always told people this is how I am doing it. And since weight loss is important to you at this time, you feel want to start telling people what you are doing to be successful.
I guess in some ways this is what this blog is for. For me and McBp to tell you what we are doing and what we have found on our journey. Maybe to help you on it to let you know how it is a difficult road or just to tell people... I am doing it and this is what I have done.
Either way I have long road of losing a lot more weight and also keeping it off. I am no guru, because I have never kept it off for a long periods of time only to gain it again. I hope to change that weight loss rollercoaster and be successful for a long time.
