Biggie Sized- Weigh-In- Week 13: (-1.4 lbs)
Another long week at work and it is really becoming very stressful at work. I am still eating my 5 fruits/veggies a day and drinking over 8 glasses of water. I have not been going to lunch. I also did not work out at all. I did control my portion control. I am lucky to lose 1.4 lb this week. I can't get focused. So far this has been the easiest loss of 39.8lbs I have ever done. I do not feel restricted. I do know that activity is key and I need to take that step and get over the hump. I want to reach my 2nd goal- below 300!
