Your Dark Master

Food can be addictive, but as everyone says in the WW world, "The first bite tastes as good as the last." Maybe the key is to string out the addiction so you just have a lot of first bites over many days. You want that giant bag of M&M's... the dark kind? Mmm-hmm you know you want it, bitch. So break it down into a bunch of little baggies and eat your 5 points worth (that's 1.5 oz to you lay people) every day. Or really draw it out and make .75 oz micro-baggies and it's practially health food.

It's micro- vs. macro-economics. Expand the picture. Change your perspective. Split your addiction out over your lifetime. You don't have to break the cycle, you just have to spread it out. Slow and steady wins the race. Early bird gets the worm. You know the drill.

I agree it is all about controlling portions. You can have it, just done eat the entire bag of M&M's or just eat all of the same color.

It is a hard road. But I think with the proper mindset and realizing this is not a diet but a lifestyle. You can become the Master! Keep it going and snack bags are your friends!
