I spend so much time thinking and planning what I'm going to eat so I can track my points that now all I do is think about food. Not good when you eat a third of what you used to eat.
We think there is a lack of good, man-centric weight loss discourse out here in the "internet."
We're hoping this forum will aim to fill that void by having candid discussions about issues related to how men deal with weight loss. We will try to provide a pathway enabling fellow journeymen to achieve their weight loss goals and have some fun while getting there.
