Spring Training - The Plans nightmare!
I went to a Spring training game tonight after work. We headed over pretty early and decided to get something to eat at the ballpark. Well I had to deal with what to have for dinner at a Spring training game. My meal: a hot dog and 2 Michelob Ultras. Hard to stay on The Plan when there is no real healthy foods available. I did my best but not what I would want to waste points on.
So I wrote yesterday that I would be working out 15 mins for 20 days. Well I went to a Spring Training game and did not get home untill 10:15 pm. And I am a man of my word- I just finished working out after I got home. I am extremely wired but I made a promise to myself.
