15 min for 20
I have decided that I am going to make an effort and work out 15 mins a day for 20 days. I know it is not much, but when you look like Peter Griffin you need to start somewhere.
I have already incorporated taking the stairs down (haven't gotten to taking stairs up) and parking a little further away. I figure these little things will add up and help me be more active and help me on my quest for thinsanity.
