Getting Lazy
The past few weeks I have been putting in too many long hours at work. I noticed that I have stopped counting and journaling my meals. I haven't worked out in long time. I can't get myself motivated. I have been so stressed and overworked- I am just spent. Of course I keep on losing weight, which is not helping me get motivated again.
I have been doing this for 96 days and I have learned portion control and am eating more fruits ands vegetables. I can tell you that my weigh in will not be a good one this week.
I need to get a jolt to get me back on track. Well time to enjoy The Office!
