Biggie Sized- Weigh-In- Week 12: (-4.6 lbs)



After another stressful week at work and not having a bachelor party or rehersal dinner this week. I managed to lose weight and reach my 1st goal of 10%. It is very exciting since I am now 13 lbs from leaving 3Bills. It will be a nice accomplishment, but I have a long journey ahead and and many more lbs to lose. I won't lie. I slacked off and did not exercise this week. However I did not eat as much during the week either. I ate at my desk alot and did not go out with the Lunch Bunch in stead was confined to my personal dungeon: my cube. This week I plan to journal consistantly and get back on the exercise routine again.
