The Big Weigh-in: Week 5
This was a more difficult week than others. I attended a full-day offsite business meeting where there were lots of tasty, bad-for-you foods. I did eat a very small amount, including a 2-bite muffin, half a bag of Cracker Jacks (fewer points than I expected), and a "codcake" for lunch (think crabcake, but with cod-- whatever). Plus, I went out for lunch a few times at places with hard-to-calculate points values. A lot of guessing went in.
However, I managed to drop another 2.2 lbs, which I am very proud of. My 10% is only 5.4 lbs away. Very exciting stuff!
