Weighing In



So in a few hours I will be attending my Saturday Weight Watchers meeting. For some reason the morning of the weigh in, I begin to psyche myself out and lower my expectations of how much weight I lost so I am not disappointed when I see the scale. I do not weigh myself during the week.

Last week was tough, I did not lose weight and instead I gained +0.6 lbs after eating well all week and exercising a few times. Even more last Friday I had some dental work done, so I thought for sure I would have lost some weight.

This week thanks to some complications from my dental surgery the soft foods has extended into all this week. So I have been eating a lot of soft foods (soup, jello, pudding, tuna, etc) for the past 9 days. Will it help me lose weight or will I not lose anything (or worse gain weight)?
