Biggie Sized Weigh In- Week 9: -4.8lbs
So this week I have made an effort to eat more fruits and veggies. So instead of a Hostess cupcake or 100 cal pack. I would eat a banana or more fruit. I also did an average of 17 mins on the eliptical every day. Either way I am 0.2 lbs away from losing another point and 5 lbs away from 10% goal. Still a long way but this coming week is the Big Fat off challenge and I expect some more lbs will be shed!!!

Biggie, that's AWESOME!!!! Way to go! Gee, healthy eating makes us lose weight? How did we not see this before? Congrats on a stellar week. You've lost three bowling balls!
